Private Property is an Orange County-based band creating heartfelt interpretations of good, solid music for the soul. Covering a mixture of R&B, Soul, Blues, and Jazz, they bring a new passionate and soulful perspective to familiar sounds, which are instantly recognizable to generations of music fans. As performers, the band continues to transport audiences into ecstasy with their broad range of creative, emotional, and technical abilities. Their music is inventive, provocative, and most of all enjoyable.

Organized in 2003, the band has performed in various private, corporate and public venues in Southern California to include: House of Blues in Anaheim, Cotton Club in Los Angeles, and Cherch Lounge in Fullerton. Other venue regions include both the Inland Empire and San Diego.

The band has also performed at a number of local colleges and charitable events which include Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa and Golden West College in Huntington Beach. Charitable events include the 2010 Concert for Haiti held in Newport Beach, California.
